Running sessions

At O3 Coaching, we also organize recreational running practice for running beginners and recreational runners. When it comes to exercise and endurance, we also spend a lot of time improving our running technique, which reduces the possibility of injuries.

In September and October, we organize group preparations for the Ljubljana Marathon, and we continue with the trainings later throughout the winter, when the running competition starts again. Of cours this are your personal choice.

Winter terms


Guided trainings are expected on Tuesdays from 18.00-19.30 and on Saturdays 9.30-11.00

Target group: The target group are beginners and recreationists. In case of a larger number of trainees, additional trainers will be provided.
