When it comes to exercise and endurance, we also spend a lot of time improving our running technique, which reduces the possibility of injuries.<\/p><p>In September and October, we organize group preparations for the Ljubljana Marathon, and we continue with the trainings later throughout the winter, when the running competition starts again.
